3. Product Selection and Application

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended application, including consideration of:

• Electrical and mechanical requirements

4. Inquiries and Quotations

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

5. Orders and Separate Sales Terms

Individual orders may be subject to separate written terms contained in a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order confirmation or sales contract.

If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and the terms of a confirmed transaction, the mutually accepted transaction documents will take priority for that transaction.

Trade terms such as EXW, FOB and CIF will be interpreted according to the version of Incoterms® specified in the relevant quotation or contract.

6. OEM and Customized Products

OEM, private-label and customized products may involve special requirements concerning:

• Drawings and product dimensions
• Materials and colours
• Logos, labels and packaging
• Moulds or tooling
• Minimum order quantities
• Samples and approval procedures
• Production tolerances and lead times

Production starts after the deposit has been received and the specifications, colour, marking and packaging requirements have been confirmed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any trademark, logo, drawing or other material supplied to us can lawfully be used for the requested purpose.

Customized goods may not be cancellable or returnable after materials have been purchased or production has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property
