Nickel-Plated Brass Cable Glands: IP68 Sizes & Dimensions
IP68 nickel-plated brass cable glands in Metric, PG, NPT and G threads for panel builders and electrical distributors.

Choose the Right Brass Cable Gland
Use these nickel-plated brass cable glands for cable entry into electrical cabinets, control panels and machinery enclosures. Select a sealing range that covers the actual outside diameter of the cable, then match the mounting thread and available installation space.
A thread size alone does not identify the complete configuration. For example, M20 × 1.5 is listed with 5–10, 6–12 and 10–14 mm cable ranges. Include both the thread and cable range when requesting samples or a quotation.
Metal glands are supplied with an O-ring for the enclosure interface. IP68 depends on the selected seal, cable fit, mounting surface and correct installation. Confirm application temperature, exposure to chemicals and any required test conditions before ordering.
Brass Cable Gland Sizes and Dimensions
Choose a thread family below. Each row is a separate cable-range configuration. All dimensions are in mm.
- H: Height from the top of the sealing nut to the mounting shoulder, excluding GL.
- GL: Mounting thread length.
- AG: Mounting thread outside diameter.
For NPT, confirm the mating thread and engagement on the drawing; the listed outside diameter alone is not a fit specification.

Drawings and Application Checks
Before approving a sample, check the drawing for the selected thread and cable range against your enclosure. Verify thread engagement, panel thickness and access for tightening.
For salt spray, chemical exposure or elevated temperatures, provide the operating conditions and required documents with your inquiry. Confirm document availability and model coverage before placing an order.
Supply and Ordering
Mixed sizes can be included in an inquiry. List each thread, cable range and quantity separately, and state the required accessories and packaging. Sample approval should cover the actual cable and enclosure entry.
Small orders normally require 7 working days; larger orders typically take 2–4 weeks. Lead time starts after the deposit is received and specifications and other order requirements are confirmed. Confirm the schedule in your quotation.
